Shipping Rates

Shipping to Canada is paid. Live UPS/USPS rates are calculated at checkout from your address and cart weight. Costs vary by destination; many standard shipments are around CAD $30 (a CAD $29.99 fallback rate may apply if live rates are unavailable). Free shipping offers on our US storefront do not apply to Canadian orders.

Carriers

We ship with UPS and USPS. Carrier and service options depend on your destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 11 AM PT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.

Shipping Restrictions

This storefront ships to addresses in Canada. Orders for the United States should be placed on hunterirrigationsupply.com. Some oversized items may incur additional freight charges; if so, we will contact you before processing your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our contact form. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
